Summary:

As shown the Pentium M is fully capable for HD video playback, with the rear outputs for HD displays and HD audio onboard it confirms it's one of the better Media Centre solutions. Unfortunately for the Pentium M, video encoding and multitasking are not strong points on a CPU that is inherently limited by a lack of bandwidth and ability to multitask to a reasonable extent.
